U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services , or USCIS, officially approved the rural EB-5 project Alpine 93/40, located in Whitefish, Montana.
The decision allowed Phase II of the EB-5 offering to open, aimed at foreign investors seeking a path to permanent residence in the United States.

The approval came through I-956F certification, a step that validates key aspects of the initiative, including its business plan, capital structure, and job creation projections.
According to a statement from US Immigration Fund, or USIF, distributed by Business Wire, the development consists of a residential and hotel complex designed to meet growing demand for real estate properties and luxury accommodations.
The project is managed by USIF, a regional center of the EB-5 program that offers international entrepreneurs the possibility of accessing permanent residence through eligible investments.

According to information released by the company, Alpine 93/40 would have the capacity to generate more than 483 jobs, according to La Nación .
That figure represents a 27% job creation margin above the minimum required for EB-5 program investors.

Currently, the offering allows participation from 38 investors and has a limited number of spaces available.
In addition, because it is located in a rural Targeted Employment Area, or TEA, applicants can access priority processing established by the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022.
Project officials also reported progress on construction.
Phase I began in June 2025 and is more than 59% complete.
The estimated date for substantial completion is December 15, 2026.
Phase II, meanwhile, is scheduled to begin during the fourth quarter of 2026.
Executives said interested foreign entrepreneurs should contact USIF to obtain detailed information about the process and secure one of the available slots.
They also emphasized the importance of filing the application with USCIS before September 30.
That date was established as the deadline to access protection known as “grandfathering.”
According to the law firm Offit Kurman, those who file their applications before that date will maintain the guarantee that USCIS will process their cases even if the EB-5 Regional Center Program expires in the future.
For that reason, specialists consider this the safest moment to begin the process.
Currently, the EB-5 Regional Center Program is authorized through September 30, 2027.
However, applications filed between October 1, 2026, and September 30, 2027, do not have the same guaranteed protection.
“This is an important milestone for Alpine 93/40 and an attractive opportunity for investors ahead of the September 30 filing deadline,” said Nicholas Mastroianni III, president and chief marketing officer of USIF.
The company indicated that interested parties can request information through the email address info@usifund.com.
They can also visit VisaEB-5.com and USIF’s official portal.
The phone numbers 855.EB5.USIF and 561-799-1883, extension 156, are also available.
USIF reminded applicants that the EB-5 program requires an $800,000 investment in real estate projects that generate employment.
Participation provides access to an accelerated process toward permanent residence, known as a green card.
However, each investor must file their own petition, such as Form I-526E, to formally begin the immigration process.
